DELIVERY
Where do we deliver?
We ship worldwide.
What are the shipping fees ?
Delivery is free in the French-speaking world and the rest of the world (except DOM-TOM)
What are the delivery times?
Since we work with different suppliers and process each order manually, our lead times vary between 10 to 30 working days.
When will my package be delivered?
Your package is delivered during office hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). If you are not there, the postman will leave the parcel in the mailbox or if there is no access, you will have to pick up the parcel at your local post office.
I did not get my package. What should I do?
No worries, your package is probably delayed by French customs. In this case, you have a period of 30 days (from dispatch) to receive it. Beyond the 30 days, you can request a refund or a commercial gesture will be made to thank you for your patience.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
My package does not suit me, what can I do?
You can return your package within 30 days for a refund or an exchange. In the case of the refund, it will take 7 to 14 working days depending on the payment method. Do I have to pay for the return?
Return costs are your responsibility. A refund is possible if the error is ours (defective product, wrong color / size, etc.).
PROMO CODES
Can I combine promo codes?
This is impossible, but the promo codes can be added to the promotions already existing on the site!
How long are promo codes valid for?
All our promo codes have a limited duration, indicated on our social networks or by the sales. (winter sales for example)
